Don’t Own an HTC Touch Diamond? Pretend That You Do!
For those that can’t wait to get hands on the HTC Touch Diamond, you can now pretend to own one by going to HTC e-Club to download the official Touch Diamond Ringtones (named “DiamondRing-Innovation”). In my opinion, the Diamond ringtone is really beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a crisp and good sounding ringtone. Also, the ringtone actually has a “Diamond” feel on it.
What’s interesting is that it seems HTC have quietly revamped it’s HTC e-Club. It used to be the place where people would go to download ROM upgrades, drivers and hotfixes, but now it has turned into something like an owner’s club, offering users free goodies (ringtones for now), even if you don’t own their devices.
I really like what they have done with it and this is what it should have been from the beginning. The online preview feature is really nice in that it allows you to listen to the ringtone on the site before you decide whether to download it or not. Anyway, listen for yourself and decide.
